Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing services from KANZEN Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Services
KANZEN Agency provides short-form content strategy, video production, video editing, SEO and publishing, and complete platform management services. All services are delivered as described in the applicable service agreement or proposal agreed upon between the parties prior to engagement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are governed by individual client agreements.
Intellectual Property
All content produced by KANZEN Agency for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment of the applicable service fees, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. KANZEN Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
All brand assets, methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary systems developed by KANZEN Agency remain our exclusive intellectual property. The KANZEN name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
KANZEN Dashboard & TikTok
The KANZEN dashboard lets you connect your own TikTok account using Login with TikTok, and upload, schedule and publish your content to that account, or send it to your TikTok inbox as a draft to finish in the TikTok app. You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, and you remain in control of what is published: every post uses the caption, privacy and interaction settings you choose.
You are responsible for the content you publish and confirm that you own or have the rights to it. Your use of TikTok through the dashboard is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the dashboard or in the TikTok app. How we handle data received from TikTok is described in our Privacy Policy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, assets, and approvals necessary for service delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverable dates without constituting a breach on our part.
Clients warrant that all materials provided to KANZEN Agency (including logos, videos, images, and copy) are owned by or properly licensed to the client, and that their use does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
KANZEN Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.
Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We make no guarantees regarding specific algorithmic outcomes, follower growth, or engagement metrics, as these depend on platform factors outside our control.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. KANZEN Agency will not disclose client strategies, performance data, or business information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
